Blacklisting

I think though if I understand he is building sites for a micro niche (CFNM) and there are only a very few real on point traffic sources, and he is "blacklisted" from them.

I will admit that I don't entirely follow the thread because there seems to be just way too much to this... if your server gets hacked, you fix the trouble, apologize profusely to whoever might have put you on thier shitlist, and hope to get back into their good graces. If that doesn't happen, move on to other link sites / TGPs and/or change the focus of your site niche, whatever is required.

Beyond that the rest is all bullshit that keeps you from making money.
