My Bank Sucks :)

Well, I just got off the phone and you will never guess what it was. I almost hate saying it because I seem to beat these guys up too often. And, I don't blame them at all but, it was using ePassporte. They went on to say that because of new security measures put in place, this piece of shit little hometown bank wants nothing to do with them. So, there you have it. Nobody was right and as far as I am concerned, my "old" bank sucks and needs to get into this century.

There was no way I was going to beg to stay with a bank that didn't want my business. So, I have no idea if removing epassporte from the account would have helped or not. After all, I am the customer, not the other way around. All I wanted to know was why did they want me to leave and now I know.
