How long does it take you to make a FS?

My best is built and submitted in 1 hour - but usually it takes 1.5 - 2hrs. Each FS has about 100+ words of unique text per page and is keyword optimized. Submit to 65 LLs and some BBS and linkdumps too. Also make a blog post for the freesite too (also with 100 words). On average i submit 5-6 freesites a week.

Of course there is always the extra time of building the templates in the first place, finding good sponsors to promote, getting the content, managing the submit database, and gradually replacing templates and sponsors that don't convert with ones that do.

Making the freesites good for SE traffic only adds about 30mins to the total time and is well worth it. From freesites alone I am building a network of niche sites which are regularly updated and have a lot of pages with unique optimized text.
