I'm entering my second month with Site Valley, and am totally happy with them. No down time so far, they transferred my sites to their servers for me in no time at all, every email I've sent them has been answered quickly--most within minutes, and I'm paying about one third what I was previously paying. These guys are the fourth host I've tried in the past year, and, so far, seem like they have their shit together.
