Hi Majix - your sites aren't bad, I think everything is a hard sell these days

couple of tips though - never put a banner without text & make sure your text stands out more, some of the colors you use in the sites you posted blend in too well & are hard to see.
Also maybe make your action text stand out - CLICK HERE for... instead of click here for.

I've been told the top of the page is the best real estate for links & banners so make sure those ones pop right out.

other than that, it's just patience. It took about a year before I started getting regular cheques, although I don't submit every day like I thought I would

simple advice - keep sluggin along!
