I re wrote it to this,

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://www.canadafreeporn.com/.*$ [NC]
RewriteRule \.(gif|jpg|JPG|js|css)$ - [F]

# last line

Adding the upper case JPG. It's seems to be working. Can you check and let me know?
