One more quick thought, since you mentioned having payouts to affiliates on rebills enabled off and on.
Now that you're going to have affiliates signing up with it enabled, be very careful not to switch it off again or you'll wind up with threads on many webmaster boards calling you names that are not respectful at all (much worse than porn names).
