content question and 2257

Hi, i posted this on another board a few days ago. Anyone here have additional insight for me?

I'm an old webmaster from a few years back, I'm thinking of getting back into this in some sorta way. I ran sites from 97-01 and then got out of the game.

The question i have is regarding content. I have a bunch of it still that i had from back then. Now does the new rules and regs with 2257 make the content i have unusable? I am also from Canada so does this make a difference as well? All the content i have is was licensed at the time. Would my licenses still be valid?
