My quess, fear of getting flamed. While sometimes the flamage is deserved it's not always easy to tell, especially if you don't read every post. Frequently it's just plain mean spirited. And bashing someone whose command of the English language is lacking seems a little odd to me in a global industry.
These aren't my "dislikes". The board works great for me. Search is a little clunky sometimes but that's not a biggie.
