Selling Reality LL - Has Some SE Traffic

Hi looking to sell of my one reality LL there's really nothing wrong with it except I need money for other things

last month it got 4k in unique traffic with 278 in yahoo traffic with 154 search strings and the rest of the traffic is trades and such, I really have no time to grow and feed traffic to it, but I do keep it updated and reviewed and there is no backlog

there is no other sites on the root, so if you want to see the server stats yourself you are seeing factual data just for that LL

has linkadmin LL script valued at 400.00 and will give a little help getting it to run on anothers server

I think last month it gave me 3 or 4 sales, so this would be a good starter LL that is a year old...

gets about 4 or 5 good submitts a day with them being listable, and a black list is included if you want to use it or edit it

I am not gonna take offers, I want 1200.00 for it and will sell to the highest offer after that...

perfered payment is epass or other options as long as it clears a bank before I transfer it

If no one offers close to the 12hun I'll just keep it
