maybe I am mistaken (I hope I am) but I never approved you for a partner account you just took it upon yourself to send me some money and expected to be setup 1) partner acounts have been closed for quite some time 2) I have to pre approve you 3) I wasnt that crazy about the info you did send me (after the payment)
