As long as we're adding holidays, make the first Monday in April National Passtime Day and let everyone have the day off to go to the ballpark for opening day.

I always wore #13 when playing baseball in high school. I liked to thumb my nose at the unlucky 13 thing, but it made some opposing pitchers, and a few of my teammates a bit uneasy.
