Same experience as stuveltje here. After getting flooded with crap multi-submits, I took down my form. Still they kept coming. I gotta look into some sort of verification method.

after i had closed the submit page, i blacklisted everyone on ip, domain and email who still managed to submit and that worked, submissions are normal again
