Nor am i looking for completely automated software. Basically I am looking for one which I can enter the details of the sites i want to submit to and it will hold the information for me and do some of my tables, the submission part I will do on my own...

I'm just looking to save a little time as I don't have much free time to get back into it with a full time job and study etc..

Once you built the tables you can just copy and paste the recips plus updating them lets say once a month, on html file you can save your submission list, on notepad your free site info and then using roboform to fill all the things and a lot of attention in all the work should bring some success
