Questions:
How would a freesite webmaster make money from this site? How does a paysite get their videos featured? Where is the "webmasters" link? Won't having 18,000 videos on hand make a surfer less inclined to buy? I'm not trying to be instantly negative here. Like a lot of people, I'm trying to work out how a tube site can be profitable for everybody.
