Sponsor with most Payout requirements

OK. My index fingers are down to a stub. Been signing up with a multitude of sponsors I've collected over the past couple months.

ARS was the first that required a signed W-9, which I mailed out. No fax here and I don't even have a modem in this computer. No biggie - for ARS it seemes worth it.

Thus far I think Bumblecash is the most demanding when it comes to credentials for payouts.

I can't get back to the page that informed me what i need, but I'm pretty sure it is a signed W-9, copy of Driver's License and SS card...notorized.

Wow. On one hand it's a PITA, but on the other it sorta makes me confident in a sponsor that is this picky about stuff. MacandBumble is great stuff and would be a great compliment to my softcore site- so I'll do it.

Has anyone come across any Sponsors requiring more than that? Meaning- while I'm at it should I get other stuff copied and notorized?

Some observations after many hours of signing up with dozens of sponsors:

Thank God for the AutoFill on G's toolbar. I write down the username and pass before I enter it into the form field. I write down the sponsor name with user/pass on a POST IT NOTES.

I have (flipping through) MANY Post-it-Notes. Most send E-mail confirmation with account info quickly.

Will copy and paste all info into a word doc password protected, Rar's up password protected, then name it with a different extension. Will have a printed version and keep a copy with my buddy in case of fire, etc...

Most impressive Sponsor interface thus far is SilverCash. Very well laid out, logical and easy to get all the stuff ya need.

I like when sponsors include as much info in the confirmation E-mail as possible like link codes for the various sites, where to go for support, etc...

I didn't 'get' CCbill at first. Now I have been logging in and merging each new account into one Primary account. Is this what most people do?

CCbill is F'in slow in in low res. I never saw the old version.

I don't really undestand why there are links from within CCbill's Tools panel to get banners and stuff if it just loads a page in a frame and the page tells me I need to login.

iBill- I just don't understand at all. I'm thinkin' it should be similar to CCbill as far as an interface to login to and stuff. Luckily, most Sponsors aren't on iBill. iBills's website doesn't even have a background color specified. LOL.

Oh, yeah- I try to use a unique username/pass for every sponsor. That has me glancing at objects around my desk area for words.

I have ta sort through all these programs and check the sites and freebies, etc...

OH. One thing I don't understand is why would a sponsor's payout be different if you pick the no pop-up program?? I forget which one or two was like this- but upon signing up when asked which program to promote they had a no pop-up for $20 per sign up and the regular per sign-up was like $30 or $35. What is the rational behind a sponsor paying less if one does not want surfers to get pop-ups? I mean- a sale is a sale...so I don't get that.

Well, back to the sponsor sign up marathon....
