Two or three posters in this thread have referred to a "new format." What is this new format?

Also, amongst the list of things trusted submitters are allowed to do that normal submitters are not, what are you excited about? Inquiring minds want to know.

And no - my posting in this thread should not be considered a reason to add my lists to your, um, list. There are a few things I take exception to.
