Your 2257 link does not count against the three outgoing links rule.
I actually doubt than any serious LL would use scripts for reviewing, as far as I know they all check the submitted sites manually.

I am submitting to as many as 81 LLs for some niches (9 mirrors of 9 recips each) and I never had a FS rejected for having 3 sponsorlinks + the 2257 link.

I did have one rejected for having the 2257 opening in a new window, so make sure not to do that
