WTF? They are up for one year already and you only get 25-40 uniques a day? Damn! I got a one month old blog and I'm doing 50 uniques a day and still growing. For traffic, all I can suggest you is to trade links with other sites related to your niche, submit your blogs to directories, put up syndication buttons and to continue updating regularly your blogs with quality posts. Also, Bob is right, set up your blogs so they use permalinks.
