What you'll want to do is ask for 'clean sites'. Several members have them built where they have no recip and you use those as filler while your list starts taking submissions.
There was a thread very recently where someone asked for clean free sites that had a few mentions, but, you might want to ask for specifics if you are focused on a particular niche. clean free site thread
