First, make sure you're using a good DOCTYPE or it won't work in IE.

Stick this where ever you're keeping your CSS and adjust to your needs:

.thumb {
width:320px;
height:240px;
padding:4px;
background-color:#ffffff;
border-style:solid;
border-color:#000000;
border-width:1px;
}

Finally, make sure you remember to give each thumb the class:
