That makes very little sense. Even if I was frauding you, I'd still send the email letting you know how many sales I got.
If it was fraud & your example, why not have EVERY webmaster email & verify EVERY sale & not just the bonus ones? You guys saying you don't mind paying $30 PPS for fraud signups?
Seriously, we all know it's an excuse to not pay the extra on all the signups because the webmaster is not "paying attention". I promote 150 or so programs - like I have time to run around & email this crap? Real programs just pay you the bonus or give you rewards.
I know it's not you personally that out this rule in place, but it's a shame the Dee Cash empire think this is a legit way to hold a contest.
