Sponsored Gallery Question

After reading a few post about having multiple sponsors, I just joined with to two sponsors, I found on this forum.

The sponsor I chose offers galleries. I have used my sponsors webpage and made some galleries and downloaded them to my computer.

The zip file I received, only contains a url to the gallery, that I created on my sponsors site.

How should I use this url? Should I use it as a link placing anchor tags around or should I enclose it in iframe tags and use it like a webpage or should get one of the images from the gallery and link the image to the gallery?

I simply don't know what to do with the urls.
