Links SQL expert to rebuild a link site

I am (well I WAS) running a link site using Links SQL 2.0.5.

Server crashed and host had no backup (and neither did I as I purchased the site as a going concern)

I think the basics are still there in the admin area although I am not sure, and I have retrieved a few pages from google cache so I have some templates to work with. Other than that I have little know how as to how to restore the links function of the site. I am moving to a new host soon so this will be done on the new server - if you can move the site over for me even better
