Hasn't been above 32F, well I can't move to Belgium then and there was a recent article about it being a great place to retire to because its close to all the historic European destinations by train.
Belgium IS the center of the world, that's true. But the trains are always late or the train drivers are on strike, whatever fits for them that day.
