yeah, pr stands for page rank and there is a whole big formula to figure out what yours is, but like TijuanaPat said, get the google tool bar
basically your PR depends on who links to that page and how important they are through who links to their page. that is one of the reasons you see niche specific reciprocals to linklists now.
