Being on vacation, I was hoping to maybe stay the same if I really watched myself. I didn't expect to lose a bit. We were 20 minutes from the nearest town so my wife brought most of our groceries with us. She's almost vegetarian -- no vegan -- so there wasn't a lot of fat in my diet for the last 8 days. Combined with limiting my beer intake to a can a day, I managed to lose a just over a pound / .5 kg! So here it is, this week's pic:
