Question for Danger Dave (or anybody who might know)

Hey,

Just getting started back up again after computer problems, looks like while I was away Danger Dave changed the submission setup for his site...

Says that I have to be a licensed submitter & need my own code, and that if I do not have a code I can apply for a submission review. It doesn't however give any indication of how I go about doing that.

Do I just email Dave or...?
