Now nobody can be 100% sure if the domain is penalized except for google. The waybackmachine doesn't show any history of the domain. But it is safe to say it is. So if you were in my position would you rather wait months and months to figure it out, while trying to contact google with no response, while hundreds and hundreds of submits being queued or would you rather just have everyone re-submit to another link list which is already listed google. Since there hasn't been that many submits, I thought it would be best to have everyone submit to my another link list. I think it is better than the possibility of submitter's sites getting penalized for linking to weeklyfreeporn.com
