My Lords, My Ladies, and-a gentleman,
On such a solemn and momentous occasion, it is customary to make a speech... possibly put on a Union Jack waistcoat and play a record of "Land of Hope and Glory" But I don't think I will. Instead, I shall make use of smilies.   |rasta|
