Monitor Size Verse Website
I have a question if anyone can help,
I just got a new monitor 18.5 viewable, when I view everything now it looks shrunk in the screen, but if I make my html pages to the size of my screen the surfers that have smaller screens will have to scroll the screen .... What should I do build for smaller size or larger screens? If I do % page width the pictures and text will still come out wrong either way! HELP!
