I really can't post an opinion on this without seeing the pics. So, if you could kindly zip-up those 27 sets and give us a link for download, I'll do a thorough evaluation and get back to you on this matter.

I'd agree that unless this guy is a consistent producer who has been with your program for awhile, I wouldn't give him anymore than what was already available. I do like the idea of rationing content. You are better off slowly adding a few sets here and there, then giving away the full load all at once.
