link fabulous error

I apologise once again guys, and it is now fixed.

It was all to do with the movement of the planets, the cost of eggs, the Presidential election and a bug in my coding

For those that are interested, the script on both Premium Sex Links and Link Fabulous will only accept 1 site per webmaster per day and it is now based on the date the site was submitted rather than the time.... so hopefully it wont cause you any more issues. Please let me know if it does.
