I'll just pick a pretty good converter out:

Last month I was able to get:
4888 uniques 19 1:258
from tgp traffic. I haven't done too many freesites yet. That's a pretty typical month during the winter.

Might want to reanalyze everything like wording of text links, type of banners, layouts, niches, content, etc. and start experimenting with new ideas. Just a suggestion if you're not already doing that anyway.
