The First Thursday Of the Last Month Of The Year
Hot espresso is on.
 Wow where did 2004 go? I have the tile people and the carpenter coming today. Both should be pretty much finishing up with what needs to be done. I really need my office back as I just can't seem to work sitting at my kitchen table. Guess I should be able to move my crap back into my office late tonight after the tile grout dries. I have to go get a filling replaced at the dentist this afternoon. I hate going to the dentist. First you have to deal with the pain as he does his thing and then you have to deal with the pain of paying for it and then you get to walk around with a numb face. Since someone thinks yesterday's choice of barstools looked like something out of the eighties I'm thinking of a coulple of these barstools now. |

No snow here either - fucking weatherman & their LIES!  I have to run my Dad to a rehab appt for his knee today at 9 or so - should be back to the grind by early afternoon |

Oddly enough no snow here either unless you count the kind that they sell by running up to one's car a few miles from where I live.

I like the new stools, Cleo. And I believe it was 1978 regarding the other stools Shopping online for laptops today. I need a new one and I think April would like one. Anyone else want one while I'm at it??? Have a gooood day |

Morning everyone, no snow here either but we got a good amount the other night. I'm exhausted and I think I might go back to bed for a little bit before we go grocery shopping (which I hate to do).

San Diego is breaking all kinds of records with the cold snap we've been having.
I had only seen frost on the dock 1 time in the 6 years I've lived here until this hit (it got down to 41 degrees last night) Yesterday afternoon when the wife got home from work we had a year old Sea Lion pup on our swim step sunning himself. She wasn't going to get on the swim step to get on the boat and he did not want to get out of the sun it took me 15 or 20 minutes of prodding him with a broom while he went from one side of the boat to the other barking and making one hell of a commotion ended up with a crowd on the dock. The damn thing had to have weighed 300 pounds and the way he was pissed and jumping around I was afraid he was going to rip my swim step off After I got the sea lion to get back in the water one of the fishermen said " to bad no one had a camera those would have been some good pictures "

Good Day all
Finally fixed everything on my computer - teach me to surf shopping sites without protection LOL A damn week wasted - going to take the rest of the day off to recuperate - then hit the ground running tomorrow - just some little admin thingies to catch up on around here still BTW if anyone ever needs help removing popup trojans, adware or anything like it - Im a friggin expert now - Ive never edited a registry that much ever. (nope - not gonna listen Cleo - LOL) |
