by using the doctype:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/frameset.dtd"> or no doctype defined it looks the same in both browsers. Someone else can test that and verify what I saw. That original site that I linked has the changed doctype now to see it .
