I had checked that page, too! This still doesn't explain why there's about $1,100 'held by CCBill' in my account which they claim is not mine?!?! My minimum pay-out is only $250, so this is way above.
And the link to "Reason", as stated previously, isn't working (as Useless Warrior confirms, too!)!

That is exactly my question!

I guess from $1,100 you can actually splash out with decent champagne, some smoked salmon and other delicious things - not just ordinary pizza...

Currently I'm only advertising 2-3 sites in my pool of CCBill sites, and I don't even push them, because of the unclear situation with payments and referring URLs...
