i believe that reconcile amount is the amount that is carried over from one period to the next. So for instance, if you have a $1000 minimum payout on your account and during a weeks time, you make $500, that $500 gets carried over into the following week (after all of the calculations have been done, fees, refunds, payouts, etc)

The reason that you may have been told to disregard this figure is that it may be confusing, as that is a net figure, after all of the calculations have been done

Without looking at your account, that is as specific as i can get. If that does not clear things up, i suggest that you get somebody from CCBill on the phone to answer any specific questions
