can someone epassporte someone for me?

I actually had my card scrutinized at a store the other day because the numbers were not raised on it. They kept looking at it, running their fingers over it, talking to manager after manager, making photo copies etc. I like epassporte but its a pain to use it sometimes, and it doesnt work on most internet websites because the shit is based out of Sri Lanka or something crazy like that and doesn't match my home address.

It nice to get paid via epassporte but sometimes a little tricky to use it
