Oh - now that feature of the board is quite annoying & I can see it being abused & used for things other than Wazza's humor

I think the problem in SIZE of advertising blocks. This reject not about nasty words in the site description or title. If you have 3 banners on page, but big sized with aggressive color blinking, it can be a reason.
