make sure to submit your sites to sources that will link back to you. the more relevant the sites that will link to you are the bigger the value of the link.
so I would look for sources that fit your site the best and where you can place a link to your site. feel free to contact me if you need any help

If the site is an original site - not just an affiliate commercial link site, then I would submit it to DMOZ and some other large directories that have international listings. Google will pick up DMOZ directory listings for their own directory, and eventually as you pick up the other DMOZ copycats, you will get more links showing in Google.

The good thing about DMOZ is that there are hundreds of directories that use their results for their own directories - but I would suggest going to DMOZ listings in the adult side and looking a the adult directories list
