are the click throughs better with the sound? I mean, normally I hardly notice the banners, but you can't help but notice if roll across one of those badboys and your jamming some Metallica.

No and in fact if I want to click on a banner and I get sound. I don't click but I do make a note and generally refuse to use them. In fact, I usually stop surfing sites that have them but I love GG so I will put up with it. Other boards do it and I'm gone.

I think the best way to piss off surfers and webmasters is to play loud noises and interupt thier daily lives.
