800x600.... why?

You can do a search this has been talked about alot here.But as far as having a hard time doing it thats pretty easy make a 800 pixel table and don't go outside of it.or you can make your screen size 800x600 and build that way.Personally I never make tables bigger then 650,700 max.
There are alot of folks that buy new puters that have 15" monitors and are defaulted at 800x600 and most never change it from that unless they get 19" or higher monitors
