Ok...thank you very much for the tips. Those are definately things I did not know...I thought I could add the category pages after my new sites category was full...lol
I will start on them right away.

Don't take me wrong, you do not need to have categories.

But categories help to filter your traffic and help in targeting your advertising.
Plus you can focus your seo toward each category on its own page.
