No. Even a reverse lookup on an IP will display only one address... here is the best suggestion:
'Older browsers that are not capable of resolving several virtual hosts to a single IP number will instead displays a default index document that would show all virtual accounts that were assigned to that IP address, allowing the visitor to click on a link and go to their desired web site." You'd have to find one of these "Older Browser" which could be a task.. Finding how many IP based domains are ran on a server would be practiclly impossible. I could use a block of 10 IP addresses and have them hosted on multiple server.. shit with the right equipment like a cisco content switch I could use one IP address and have 100s of back end web servers...
