Yeah I think I'll just walk away from the deal as well.

Was actually plaining on doing that before reading these replies. I think I'll just worry more about trying to build my own sites up instead of taking this route anyway.

I know the guy may be trust worthy but at the same time I just don't know for sure if he is or not and I just don't feel like risking it
