Tea is good. I've been often drinking tea in the afternoon instead of espresso. Actually I've been trying to cut back my coffee/espresso intake as it really tears up my stomach.

Since my bout with h pylori I've had to change my diet completely and coffee of any kind is outta the question.

Tea on the other hand, is not.

That's exactly what was happening to my stomach. You should ease off the espresso - it is potent stuff.

When I wrote the post above I realised one thing. When I started with my "normal" sleep behavior was when I stopped drinking coffee. Maybe 1 liter (~40 ounce) of strong black coffee a day isn't good for you?

Girls that I don't know, I only talk to, nothing else But I was lucky when I was in there. There were no customers so no rush, we talked for some time about everything and smelled on a lot of teas
When I run out of tea in a week or so I'll invite her over for a cup
