How many sites do you promote which have LIVE CHAT SUPPORT for members?

Think of the time & money you'd need to staff it - probably 5-6 people working 40 hours a week, just to answer questions that are probably not that urgent. I've never worked in the customer support field (phones or chat or anything) but it seems that even if the program had 5000 webmasters, they'd still probably not need live support.
