I hate agreeing with Opti..
 but he is right.. good practice is the safest gaurd against this crap.. Norton sucks... I too have seen it trash more machines than its fixed. Resources wise its just not worth it.. Get rid of Outlook, and get a real email client Delete all attachments Turn off HTML/previewing etc One funny fuckin email aint worth your whole machine... DD
