The FTC mainly delves in scam-based operations and protecting consumers.
I doubt they'll respond to a SE spammer request. My $0.02.  Rorschach: As a fellow SEOer, I learned my lesson the hard way to stay away from GoDaddy. Hope you have too.  If you are planning on becoming an ICANN-accredited registrar (which is a must in the domain industry), you do know that you will have to pay fees to ICANN?
